This milk jug in lead-free pewter, with a gilded knob and handle, is designed for Munka Tenn by the well-known Gothenburg designer Björn Sahlén.
Here we have not skimped on the size and the materials used. This small jug weighs a whopping 335 grams and has a height of 9.5 cm and a base plate that measures 5 x 5 cm. The weight is around 200 grams.
For those who think it can be a lot of polishing, we can tell you that one of the great advantages of pewter is that it does not need to be polished like silver. The surface stays shiny and nice for many years and you only need to wash it by hand with mild detergent and dry it with a non-woven cloth.
