Returns and Cancellations
Returning an Item
If you wish to return an item, please email Munka Tenn at [email protected] with information about why you want to return the item.
Canceling a Purchase
Under the Consumer Purchase Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging, packed in the same manner as it was delivered.
For canceled purchases, contact Munka Tenn to receive a return shipping label. Attach the label to the package and drop it off at a DHL Service Point. Munka Tenn will inspect the returned item to ensure it is in its original condition. Refunds will then be processed via the payment method you used.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs both to and from the buyer. The refund will equal the price of the item minus shipping costs. If the item’s value exceeded 1,200 SEK and free shipping was offered, this cost will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds will be issued within 5 days after Munka Tenn receives and approves the item's condition. If the product is not in its original condition, it will be returned to the buyer, and the right to cancel will not apply. The buyer will also cover any additional shipping costs.
Please note: Cancellations do not apply to products that the customer has requested to be engraved.
Damaged Goods or Packaging
If the packaging is damaged, take a picture of it before opening. Then inspect the product and take a photo if it is damaged. Send the photos to [email protected] along with your name, address, phone number, invoice number, and, if possible, a photo of the shipping label. This helps us quickly assess the damage and send a replacement.
The damaged product must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Use the return shipping label provided by Munka Tenn, which will be sent to you via email.
